AirDog150 funny noise?

I just recentley put the AD150 on my truck and it works extremely well, I wasnt to fond of the mounting bracket but all in all a few simple cuts and a couple new holes and got it mounted. My question is im getting a vibration and funny noise coming from the pump, its only sometimes and when it makes this growling noise I can reach down and grab the lines and its the return line to the tank thats vibrating, its kinda hard to explain.... Anyone got any ideas??

has it done it since day one?

if so it could be that the cap is too tight on the pump.

yes, since day one, its only on the return side though..
