http://www.bmwblog.com/2011/12/10/rumor-bmw-x6-m50d-0-62mph-in-4-9-sec-and-545-lb-ft-of-torque/
It seems some of the new BMW X6 M50d (internal code FH81) and X6 M550d xDrive (internal code FV71) performance numbers have been leaked.
X6 M50d (RWD), triple turbo six-cylinder diesel (assuming inline):
-381hp and 545 lb-ft of torque (BMW constantly under rates their engines- assume a little more power than that...and can you say power "table top":rockwoot
-0-62mph in 4.9 seconds
X6 M550d xDrive (AWD), same engine as above :
-Same power output as above
-0-62mph in 4.7 seconds
Expected fuel consumption for both is 38mpg.
...And now for the annoying, stupid, god dammit, I hate this country news...the sweet X6 M diesels will only be available in Europe. I highly doubt we will see them in the U.S.....
