I live in Webster NY.
Early this morning a man that lives on Lake Rd in Webster, set his
house on fire. Three houses next to his caught on fire also.
Two of the houses belonged to a friend of mine.
These houses are on the bay side, he walked across the street
on the lake side. Lake Ontario. Hid behind a berm and when
the volunteer fireman arrived, he opened fire on them with a rifle.
A police lieutenant, volunteer,and another fireman were killed.
Two other fireman are in the hospital in bad shape.
What the news might not tell you is 20 yrs ago, this man
hit his grandmother in the head with a hammer, knocked
her down the stairs and killed her, in this same house.
Went to prison. eight years ago he got out, was living
in same house with mother and sister. They think sister is
still in the house, can't go in yet. His mother died earlier
this year. They think this set him off.
