Get a tie rod separator fork and a BFH. Measure center to center on the tie rod. Take the cotter pin out of the castellated nut, loosen the castellated nut till it's on by only 3 threads or so. Insert the separator fork. Beat it with the BFH until it breaks free. Remove the castellated nut. Loosen the fasteners on the tie rod sleeve and spin the tie rod end out. Spin the new tie rod end in, until the tie rod length is the same as the measurement taken previously. Push the tapered end of the rod back up into the spindle assembly, and put the castellated nut on. Torque the nut to spec, then tighten further if necessary to line holes up for cotter pin. Install cotter pin. Torque sleeve fasteners to spec. Repeat for the other tie rod ends. Go get aligned. All done.
