Anybody ever been to truck pull drags?

There seems to be something I might be interested in around Tucson finally. Next weekend there is going to be a monster jam, demo derby, and truck pull drags. From what I gathered, they will hook my truck to a junk car and I guess I pretty much drag race while draggin it. Is anyone framiliar with this? Never seen it before myself.
 
I'll sure do that, I'll try and get the smoke a rollin', maybe gain some a little interest in diesel around Tucson. If my Comp D sticker shows up in time, I may just win the darn thing. lol :poke: Gene :thankyou2:
 
They are good for about 40hp LOL
 
and 500lbs weight reduction, more sometimes depending on the color...

I had a good laugh when you were said that in Vegas! And also about the Amish made hitch. Good Fun!!
 
Cool, it will be a new experience for a few of us!! I'm pretty excited, I think I might have a shot at putting on a good show. I'll see how the looney tune works out for me when I get it and use that. I have no idea on the rules or anything yet.
