Yes it was a dually from ATS. Let me see if I can find some more pics

Saw him at the NHRDA event in Ennis last year. No clue who he is though. Has ats all over the truck though. I'm sure if you called there they will be able to tell you exactly who it is.
 
It is Mike Skinners truck.

The roller was up for sale a little while back as he is working on a new chassis.

I do know the wheels are custom made the tires were a M/T Sportsman SR in 33/22/20.
