Those turbos are massively too big for a TDI at any level of power. They will not do anything but surge on such a tiny engine.
GT2260 is as big as a TDI can consume the airflow of, even in race specs. That will make over 250hp. If you need more than that, the GT3063KLV is the vext stop and that will support well over 300hp from a TDI.
