asd relay????

I bought a 99 24v that has been rolled. and before i decided to fix it or part it out i was gona see if it ran. When the key comes on there is a relay thats buzzes like crazy. its the asd. I also tried switching it out with another relay and still the annoying buzz. Im drawing a blank on what it is.:bang:bang can anyone help me. im also not getting any power to the LP. I switched another in there just in case it was the pump and still no power. I fiqured the relay has something to do with it.

If the relay is buzzing, and swapping it with a known good part does not cure it, look to the grounds, most likely cause.
