ATS/PPE Hot+2

Anyone ever seen this? I just bought one, waiting for it to show up but the guy did show me the screen lit up and it says ppe hot+2 and has all the levels, but the case and unit itself say ats. I have done some reading and I guess there was an early version of these that were ats tunes, but with this coming up and actually saying ppe hot+2 on the screen it must have been flashed with the ppe tunes I am hoping???

rebadged PPe, they call it an E-Power I think. Can be had at a good price used and the same thing.
