I had ran this on my 98 dodge just before I sold the truck. Its was only briefly installed on my truck, less than 2000 miles as the truck was not my Daily Driver. It worked perfectly while it was installed. The Commander was purchased for a 12 valve but I believe that it will work for a 24 valve as well. The instructions for install included the 24 valve as well. Comes with everything including the original receipt and original box.
