What brand of batteries do you guys like. time for a new set. I really can't complain about the motorcraft's but if there is room for improvement why not?
i do not want gel or maitence free. thanks.

I am about to need some new ones too..
I was told the Motorcraft makes an 'upgrade' with more CCA's.. I maybe doing that.

I have also heard that the Gel Cell (example: optima) doesn't do well in the high under hood heat of our truck..However I know Rich has the optima's..
just for common knowledge.

I was interested in the upgraded motorcrafts as well. if you find a part # please share. optima's suck 1200 bucks worth on the boat and they lasted about a month past their warranty. never again!
 
BXT-65-850 is the bigger motorcraft. They have a 10 year warranty on them.
