I'm just wondering if anybody has dynoed them or got some track numbers of what they're putting down rather than the claimed 1000hp and beyond.

I have experience with them... there nothing difference then what exergy sells. There ARE NO INTERNALS DIFFERENCE. Just a added hole at the end of the nozzles.

I thought paulb was getting good numbers out of them? Or have things changed?

I haven't seen anybody make 1000hp on stage 3.. exergy flowed them for me they are a tad over 100%.. the bbi stage 3 had 100miles on them when testing accrued

You should be able to do 1000hp on 100% overs. I'm at 900 to the wheels on F1 100% overs and I'm sure I can get another 100hp out of them if I try.

Not safely but I can and has been done.

Those bbi injectors are supposed to rates over 1k... They aren't capable.

This is an excellent example of the complexity of common rail injectors. Here, a person suggests that the opinion of an expert is that there are no discernible differences internally. Yet these injectors perform differently than all others and in a positive manner. They idle smoother, pull harder and create more power than others of equal size. They also smoke less than other injectors capable of the same power level. A very important factor here is that these injectors are not modified in a manner which will shorten their life expectancy and they do not rattle. No differences? Hmmm……..

As to the dyno numbers, and what BBi Injectors are capable of, lets use Old Smokey as an example. Yes, I know you guys are discussing Stage 3’s. And Old Smokey is using the smaller Stage 2. This shows that stage 2’s are indeed capable of near 1,000 hp as claimed.

His dyno numbers show results similar to what we saw on Source’s 05 at 981 RWHP.

And 3’s are capable of more power. Fact: Here is an example of 1014 hp run and a 1034 hp run with Stage 3’s on an 06 dually.

So yes, BBi Injectors DO deliver more HP than claimed. That is a Fact.

If I remember correctly paulb is running stage 4's in his. 05 right? I think he UDC tunes his as well.

I wish Paul posted here or the other forum more often very knowledgeable guy.

On edit: his new build may be 03/04 pistons. Been over a year since I spoke with him
