BD super B special or II phatshaft?

Are either of these chargers a holset cartridge?
I'm looking at one that has a polished cover, no ID plate, and a wastedgated .7 t3. Measures 64mm compressor inducer and 70-71mm turbine exducer. And a holset cartridge.

Anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

I am pretty sure those 2 you listed are bw s300 based.

A holset cartridge? Doubtful if it has a .7ar T3 housing. 64/71/.7 is more than likely a borg base.

It's cast holset into the cartridge. I thought it was strange too because I had always thought holset used CM3 to size the housing.
