Call Chirs at Engineered Diesel. They have some pretty slick stuff

"best" is relative to what its on and how its used. We could build you a charger to work with your set up and intended use. Using a charger thats the best for your truck would be a better plan than one thats the best for someone else's.

Only good Garrett charger for the Dodge that I know of is the GT42. Heard the others sucked. Always talk of the s400's. I like the HX82 or HX60 for a little smaller charger.

HT60 also... though stock they are 2.9 I think

Just run a stock one those are cheap a dime a dozen will last a little wile.

I got a 76mm Turbonetics midframe for the new motor.... I hope it works well. I should have some feed back by early summer once I start testing. Also keep in mind this is on a Duramax. They also have some larger compressors availible in this frame. I believe all the way up to 88mm if memory serves me correctly.
