Best Replacement Bulbs (Headlights)

Had the passenger side bulb blow on the goat so it's time for some new bulbs, what are the best for the buck?? I'm not looking for cool colors or any of that BS, just want the best bulb for visibility at night. I've had Silverstars in for about 3 years now and have been very happy with them, just wondering if there was something better on the market nowadays.

yea I went to silverstar ultra's from stockers...oh man what a difference...don't know much about the hid's...are them the ones in the luxury vehicles?
