A lift wouldnt matter unless it was very custom, or you have shock tower deletes. I am pretty sure the first thing you hit is the shock tower.

Skyjacker Suspension 94 01 Dodge Dual Shock Kit I know it's for a 94-01 but could find one with a picture for your year. They should be all the same though.
