Ok I have a 48RE that was built up billet inputyada yada yada. it handles 500 HP, 1500 tq anyways I have broken 2 3.8 Billet apply levers That my tranny guy has put in. What are the suggestions on who makes the strongest billet levers? also should I change leverages? the last lever lasted 2 years by the way? I tow, and race the truck! any input would be appreciated!

sounds to me like they aren't billet.
Try a stock servo, a sonnax o ringed cover, and a 4.2 billet (actual billet) tcs lever.
You could do the tcs black servo as well, stock sized, just beefy.

Oh and what's done to valve body? Your line pressure on the servo dictates heavily what hardware you use.

If you have 500 hp you probably dont have 1500 ft lbs torque........

I think the OP is referring to the transmission capacity, not that I'm arguing the normal 2:1 tq:hp ratio happenstance

The apply lever was definitely a machined product but i don't know who made it.
