Bob, I need some help with an S67

Bob,
A good friend of my family is running the Smarty S67. He had some issues with his truck, and the dealership towed it in. He is not the most intelligent when it comes to diesel performance, so he never pulled the smarty off the truck. While at the dealership, they flashed the computer, and now we are sitting here with an empty smarty. We could use some assistance as soon as possible. Thanks
 
Thanks Bob, I went through and updated the smarty. When plugged into the computer, it still shows the # Smarty S67 # As if it is locked, but I will give it a try on the truck. Thanks
 
there was NO way the dealer changed the trucks vin number, software revision? yes .... vin number>? no way

Makes sense. I didn't think about the # = "vin locked", I assumed it to be locked computer. My lack of knowledge with a smarty doesnt help. I will let you know as soon as I get the truck over here. Thanks Again
