Can't convert tunes to CSP5??

I have a 06 ECM, have tried a 11352409 OS and a 11352602 OS and neither one will allow me to create a CSP5, these two OS's are stated in the csp5 manual as well, I have the latest software (v8.2.1.203) what am I overlooking?

Oops read my computer wrong, actually have v8.2.2.271

Make sure your V2 is connected prior to launching the V7 tune tool. The operating system patch is not available unless FlashScan V2 is connected when the software is first opened.
