Can't get it into 4x4

05 f-350 lariat with electric transfer case. All the fuses are good, we tried checking if the plugs were getting juice, either they weren't or the test light wasnt getting a good ground. I'm lost on what to do next. I just had a new throw out bearing put in so he would of had it unhooked.

is the shift motor good?i know there is a way to manaully engage it from the tcase for a test, but i dont know how to do it

There should be a relay pack under the hood near the master cylinder that contains the t-case shift relays. These have been a fairly common problem. You might try swapping these out and see if that corrects your issue.

There also is another relay pack located very close to them, but you are after the relays with 5 pins each.
