Can't upload pictures

Hey there guys I can't upload picturs from my computer to the gallery why is that just wandering,
 
it goes though when I press upload but then that is it nothing uploaded and no message.

If I try and post a pic it says is to big of a file and I don't know how to fix that but I was trying to put pictures in my gallery but like I said I go click on upload pics and then browse and pick the pics I want to upload the press upload submit button it goes though the waiting on compdiesel thing at bottom of browser then when that is done it re
refreshes the page and nothing else no message and no pictures were uploaded.

ok got the uploading fixed darn Netscape Navigator browser I had to switch it over to display like Ineternet Explorer. But I still haven't fiqure how to post on a thread yet with out getting the file is to big problem.

Scott,I guess I should of posted the smaller pics of the engine in my gallery instead.I'll re-do it no biggy.Thanks a bunch!!! Mama's Cummins
