case ih 5140 needs more power

I have a 5140 caseih with a 6t 590 cummins engine. The pump i think is a ve 371 but it is hard to see numbers on the pump because it has been painted over.Can anyone tell me how to turn up the fuel on this one?

It does not look the same as a 1st gen pump. I had already thought of that.

:rockwoot:Just got my pump rebuilt and turned up by Dixie Diesel and it seems like a completely different tractor now. Boy am I happy.:woohoo:
