Chrome wheels scuffed

I have chrome wheels on my truck and one of them got scuffed by a curb, they aren't deep, just blemished them in one area, my question is, is there a way to remove the scuffs?? Also I spray painted my wheels black to cover them up ( it just bugged me looking at it) if I use paint stripper to remove the paint will it ruin the chrome? Thanks in advance!

For the scuff marks you could try Never Dull. Its made by Eagle One and is for brightening up all kinds of metal.
