Clutch quotes for g56 (asap)

I need some quotes for a dual disc clutch for a g56. Truck is an 09, 6.7, 2500, 4x4. Looking for a clutch to tow, drive daily, and maybe sled pull once in awhile. Something that I can grow into and hold my goal of 600ish rwhp.

Which is better for a daily driver, towing and the occasional sled pull, ceramic or organic? And why? And how many lb?

for towing, daily driving i was super impressed with valairs organic entry level twin disc. engages like stock, holds way better than any southbend single i ran. smoother and quieter as well.

truck has never hooked to a sled.
