common rail go's 9.39@148 congrats

so fast may have gotten just a little faster. dont hold me to this, just got off the phone with some friends that were at Palm Beach International Raceway last night, Gabby was there with the GAW truck and from what i am being told he ran a 9 flat in the 1/4, i will try to get his mph, this is just speculation right now. but the truck was definatley running last night.

Yes, he confirmed there was No 9.0x run....

He did confirm that he ran 150+mph on a pass, just didn't get quicker than the 9.39..
 
Please tell me there are some more vids. I want to hear and see that thing without the noisy gasser next to it. :)

Isn't that the universal question with any of these fast diesels, seems like we can't turn them back a notch and be happy, always has to be a little more. Maybe one of these days we'll find the outer limit and dial them back.....NOT:doh:
 
this truck is gonna prove that with the proper tunning a Common Rail can go fast without melting pistons. Gabby's truck is so sick
