complete 12v motor from 96 auto

i have complete motor from 96 truck. was puilled at 205k miles. ran just fine pulled to use in a tractor project but now needs funds so must go. pulled the head and pistons look good so we put the head back on there with new gasket. due to miles i figured i would refresh the motor so i also have a complete upper and lower gasket set, rod main and cam bearings, and set of piston rings. asking 2800 for everything. need to sell fast open to offers
