I bought all this stuff just recently to put on my 6.0, but now I am selling the truck and wont be using them. They are still in the unopened box as I got them from Sinister

Basic solution for ford 6.0 (MKM-BS-6.0-CF) EGR delete kit, oil cooler, and coolant filter kit - paid 794.00 + shipping take 700 + shipping

Paid 399 + shipping, take 300 + shipping


If you buy the whole package as it sits, I paid 1193.00 + shipping. I would sell it all for 1000 shipped (if you buy it all at once)
