If I had someone who could reflash my computer to a different code would there be any warranty issues? Would there be a discepency between say my VIN and the new computer?

maybe take it back into ford and see if there any new reflashes out for it, and if so get a new flash, and you wont have that problem

No no and no. I have had mine done without any concerns on warranty. I just got the newest reflash to straighten out some issues I had with programming. But it will not affect it at all that I know of.

if you want a reflash really bad, just take the truck into the dealer and say it is doing all kinds of stupid things and etc.

They will normally reflash it and return it to you.
