Confirm my thoughts... (weird electrical issue)

Ok, friend called, horn and lift pump continue to run regardless of key position... pulled battery cables to try to reset TIPM, no go. Check TIPM codes, only has a horn circuit output low and B2215 for the horn being disconnected. Reconnect horns all codes go away.

Checked input with modis, horn switch in the dash works properly, fuel pump request is off with engine off and on with engine running, so inputs are all functional.

TIPM junk? That's my thoughts. Anyone disagree?
