Hadn't seen this posted over hear so I carried it over from duramaxdiesels.

Congrats Brett on a great night at the track that has been a long time coming. Made two passes on tune 3 and both were 8.9-8.8 at 158mph! It's amazing to see a street driven truck go this fast, big milestone for sure! It's awesome to see this happen to a great guy and family!!! Looks like World finals are going to get interesting this year. Good luck Brett!!!

Seems like it had much more in it.
I think it has a whole lot more lol

From Mark Broviak
"Brett's truck running on tune3 ran 8.89@158mph on a 1847us @17.4 degrees@3250rpms on 175%inj with 102psi and 1550-1700degrees egt's on fuel only."

Congrats Bret very nice accomplishment! Run some back to back high 8's at your local track then drive to the grocery store to bring milk home for mama. LOL.

Still running the 40 spline 9" ?

Thanks guys!!!
I have never ran a 9". I have been running the Mark Williams 11" for 2 years now.

What kind of 60' times is it putting down on those 8 second passes? Looks like it has a nice controlled spin at the first hit off the transbrake then MOVES!!!

His timeslips posted on the other site said 1.45 and 1.43, I think he's been 1.33.

Those are Dmax rail kinda numbers. Just sayin...

That thing is nasty! Def makes it look easy & shows what a good chassis set up can do for a truck. Announcer sure seems to agree! We done!

what is the race weight of the truck? saw you posting a question about how much weight to hang for Rudy's Event?
