cummins guy needs help

Need to change the engine oil and service the tranny in my girlfriends truck but I wanted to know how many quarts each holds before I do so I can be prepared instead of guessing and checkin. Any help is much appreciated

10 qts oil
7-8 quarts trans fluid, unless you are flushing and then it takes 13 quarts
