it's just brush pull I was pulling 7500lb class but would like to get down

into 6500 to pull with some of the gas trucks

no rules on turbos just weight and hitch height

Remove everything that you dont need to drive. Tailgate to front bumper. It can be done for example my x-cab weighs less than that.

how light is your ex cab?

It was 6300 with no weights on it last year, I added some stuff for this year so should be right about 6500 this year. This is with me in it at 200ish and full sled pulling safety gear.

Remove the extra battery, interior and all seats but the drivers, rear bumper, fuel tank use fuel cell, any shields under the frame, tailgate, use aluminum wheels. I had my 96 reg cab long bed down to 6200 last year without doing anything major like windows or cutting bed out.
