Ill finally start a thread on my project...
Original 92 scsb 2wd Dakota had a 318 Then a twin turbo'd 4bt until the pump ran away and spun 2 rod bearings...

When i bought the truck...

Then after maybe 500 miles i built twins for it and added lots of fuel... It was fun to drive and 50psi was almost instant...

had lots of fuel for just a lil ole VE pump...

Then i made some "traction bars"..

I think i had around 4000 miles on it... i was getting ready for ts this yr and 2 days before i thought i could squeeze some more fuel out of the pump (bad idea when you're by yourself).
Fortunately i had a 12v (my brother wrecked my 95)... This is when it gets fun... :woohoo:
Modded firewall.

took about 2 weeks and had the motor pulled and install.

I had bout 15 miles on the truck only mods were full cut DV's, 5x.018's, holley black pusher pump feeding stock lift pump, and HX52 turbo... Stock gov. springs. wanted to see what it would do at the strip(1/8 mile) Truck had my street tires and traction was very so much limited. Ran 3 and a half times. fastest e.t was 10.18 at 84.2 mph and fastest mph was 86. truck was pulling the rearend around to the front across the finish. boost was only hitting 20-25 psi in the first 2 gears and 3rd it would hit 30. when i hit 4th gear and the lock up switch it would skyrocket to 45psi. on the 1/2 pass the rear end snapped and the driver axle and tire came out of the truck at bout the 150' mark :bang the tire made it further then me. I had a feeling the original axle wasnt going to hold up but never thought it would give out with street tires...

So now the truck is getting a shortened Dana70 and 4-link and back halfed. Im building my own frame rails / back half. this is first time ive ever done anything like this...

Yes, but we need more pictures and test results :poke:

Test results will come as soon as possible. ill see what i can do about more pics i dont have the turbo mounted as im debating on going to a s480ish i planned on borrowing a 475 from a friend but after finding out that my supercharger flows ALOT more than i originally thought, im going to need something that will supply more air than a 475... But we'll see...

It'll be sticking out of the hood bout 5" if i leave it sitting where i currently have it... and ignore the brackets i made different ones but dont have pics of it just yet. the motor is getting pulled out to get somethings done to it. but im hoping to have the truck driving by the end of nov and try to get some results. And if all goes well my brother and i will have both of our trucks in Bradenton in Feb...

Still have to finish/ lower the rear of the rails

Now I'm just waiting on my wheels, coilovers, just a couple other things and should be good to go.

Still waiting on my wheels to get.. I never thought that i would be so impatient waiting 4 weeks for my wheels to be built. only another weeks to go...

But i did get a lil more done to the truck tho.

After looking at this pic and joking with my brother im thinking about building some sort of rigid rearend that i can take on and off... And do some sledpulling at the local shows... I think they would let me pull with the mini 2wds lol Ive got some 31x12.5's Baja claws with bout 40% just sitting in the barn... hmmm

I still need to make new brake lines. I was bored one night waiting on my coilover kit to come in... and finally last night they did

After i finish the rear end im going to pull the motor and change my oil pan to the one i built since its only sitting like 3 inches off the ground and install the cam i recently purchased, then im going to send my pump off to Seth to get benched...
And i want some suggestions for a lift pump. I thinking bout going with a magnafuel or twin walbro 392's pump. I want a pump that can hold around 60psi since i have a 175 pump.
