Deal or no Deal?

Iam looking at buying a 1990 7.3 idi f-250 with 200k miles. It has a banks turbo and an o/d. Just wondering if its a good deal for 3000?

Its 2wd and in very good shape. Its a single cab long bed but I figured with the turbo and o/d it was a good deal. Not sure though, I am knew to this diesel stuff.....:thankyou2:
