delete friendly dealer in texas??

can anyone pm me a delete friendly dealer in texas? my dads 12 6.7 popped a gasket or lost a water pump our local dealer in idaho would take care of us but hes in texas adn towing a trailer woud like to see not get screwed he does have the thing turned up just deletes so the mpg is there

Id glady put it to stock for my dad but the stuff is 1500 miles away so and i sent him studs down.
