delete tuners still available?

Buddy of mine picked up a 07.5 ram and will be deleting the truck, are their any tuners that will still do the deletes? Thanks for the input. He isn't looking for a ton of power yet just a delete compatible tuner with a little power increase.

i have a used XRT original for 07.5-09. has the pre 2010 canned tunes that still do deletes. does TIPM functions as well. i will let it go at a good price if interested.
