did auto to manual swap and wont start

Just did auto to manual swap and truck wont start starter clicks and sounds like its wants to but nothing so pulling it out to see if it will pull start and nothing. SO figure have to pull it all out again but what could it be did i miss someing? Help :what: :nail:

It could be that the starter is jamed against the flywheel.


What trans did you put in? if you went with the NV4500 you may need a starter spacer, unless you changed flywheel housings also.

nothing different between the auto or the 4500 if you went with a nv5600 you DEFINITELY need a starter spacer. The auto and the 4500 should not have spacers.

If he installed a aftermarket clutch like a SBC DD he would need a starter spacer.

dual disk valair i put in so guess i need a spacer for it
