i recently tore off the plastic shield on the bottom of the motor of my car and replaced it with the factory replacement. then i found a skidplate on dieselgeek. it was considerably cheaper.. any feedback on a dieselgeek skidplate? are they worth the money?

Well worth it, you can jack up the friggin car with the sucker which is a heck of a lot more than can be said for the POS stock plastic piece.

ha yeah.. i replaced it with the plastic one and the dealership stiffed me on the price... i didnt know about dieselgeeks one... i could have bought 2 for what i payed for the plastic one

I have dieselgeeks plate on my 03; well built and highly recommended.
