No need to remove the cab. Ease depends in if you don't mind cutting the stock pipe or not. If you don't mind, disconnect it from the turbo, wiggle it as far down as you can get it, then cut it as high as you can. Then the top piece can be rotated and removed too. If you don't want to cut it, you can unbolt the transmission from the crossmember and wiggle it around to get some clearance. It can be done, but it's a pain in the azz.
