dually wheel woes......

So, I've been shopping and shopping for my little wish list of parts for my truck, and trying to budget the build. I decided that I want to have larger wheels(20+)on my dually. I looked into the Alcoa 22.5's, but I can't seem to find anything for rubber besides commercial bridgestone tires! All the other aftermarket dually rims are 19.5 at the biggest, which I could very much live with, but I can't find squat for that size in rubber! I've got the money for a 6.5in. lift OR a 9.5in. lift, but I would prefer to get the former, so I want to be around a 35in. tire.

I did find these XD Rockstar dually wheels, but I don't see anything about front, rears, or inners. By the looks it is only fronts..........

If anyone can give me some insight on experience or reputation of this brand, I would love it.

Maybe it comes down to looking too hard to see what is right in front of me, but I'm not having any luck................help would be appreciated.

Dont know anything about that brand of wheel, but if you go to http://www.dieselwheels.com
they offer dually wheels in 22,and 24 inch rims. That would be alot easier to find a tire for.I know nitto and toyo for sure sell some nice tires to fit those wheels.

Rickson Wheels in 19.5, available in steel, cast aluminum and forged aluminum. Goodyear G124 265/70 R19.5's will be right at 35" tall and give you the most aggressive tread in a medium duty tire. Should be good for about 80k+ of tread life.

i run the rickson 19.5 aluminum on my puller with the 265/70/19.5 g-124's from good year cant complain

Awesome guys, this is just the stuff I've been trying to find. Dieselwheel.com just made it to the top of my favorites list...........

Michelin x one are nice if you want single tires in the rear instead of duals, if you can find the 14" rims :rockwoot: They'd be insane on a pickup

i really like the shaved down 22.5s that are 22's, they look sweet and it gives you a ton more tire options.

yeah but the 22's weight ratings suck imop.

I am currently running 315/70r17 with my stock wheels. I have a 2' spacers between the rear wheels and love the way they look. I'll try to get a pic for you. I haven't had DOT give me any problems yet. And with the 22.5 they stuck just the same as my current setup.
