Duramax help needed

Duramax peeps, need some info! Have a 2003 max that need rebuilding or replaced, no oil pressure, coolant in the oil ect.....you know the drill. the truck is located it Camp Pendelton Ca and said person is about to go to the sand box, anyone know where I can send him so he doesn't get taken?
