I am putting on a dyno event on the 16th in greeley, co at Weld county garage. We were tossing around some ideas on how to get more people to come and thought maybe a jackpot would be good. The thought was 25 dollars to enter the jackpot all money goes back to the competitors. Winner gets 70% of the pot 2nd gets 20% and 3rd gets 10%. There will be 3 classes, stock turbo, modified turbo, and nitrous. The reason for only 3 classes is to keep the money bigger in each class. All dyno numbers will be withheld in the jackpot till the end so as not to discourage other competitors from getting in.
What do you guys think of this? Any ideas on how it should be different?
I don't want to turn this into a pissing match on classes. Just thought it would be a good way to get some money back to some of you guys that have alot of money in your trucks.
