Decided to bute the bullet and get into something newer. I hate to let it go, but I just can't justify two trucks so, the ol girl has to go. Asking price is $15,500
Here's a cut and paste from the CL ad.
2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab, Short Bed, Cummins Turbo Diesel. I've owned this truck since 2006 and have put a lot of work into it and it still gets compliments.
This paint on the truck is in great shape with no peeling clear coat and was recently clay barred so it's nice and smooth. There are various scratches and a few dings with the biggest being on rear passenger door. Just a small crease, pics are included. As typical with these trucks, the dash does have a few cracks, but could still be covered with a plastic cover or a mat.
The seats are just like they were when I bought the truck since it's had heavy duty covers on them since the day I brought it home. There are a couple of spots on the drivers seat, but they were there when I got it. Carpets are in pretty good shape, I get them shampooed a couple times a year. The center seat has been replaced with a speaker box with a 12" Kicker Subwoofer in it.
Mechanically it's a beast. It just flat gets up and goes when you want it to. I've surprised more then a few folks with the acceleration it's got. There are no oil leaks and the real freeze plug had been blocked as they have been known to come loose. I'd have no problem driving this truck anywhere.
Recently added new crossdrilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads on the front. I also replaced the headlights and foglights last weekend
