Youll need to change out the PCM, but there really isnt that much of a difference in motors, but like rediculously necessary is asking, youll need a true long block, cause the E99 turbo, injectors, hpop, and up-pipes are different and wont work on a later models. Isnt the IDM different to? Like lower voltage i cant remember that one
