Efi 64 bit

I bought an asus computer that has windows 7, 64 bit. Every time I plug my scanner into my computer I get a blue screen. I was told to run virtual machine and it did not work either. Anybody else had the same problem?

No, I'm running a 64-bit version of W7 and never had a issue.

Thank you, I had a wireless mouse hooked to my computer, once I removed that and only used one USB port I no longer had the error.
