Andrew this place is in WV and has a dynojet 224xlc load dyno according to dynojet's website. Dynojet Automotive Dyno Centers
. We use a 224xlc to tune with and it gives very consistent results.

I called and found a couple different numbers for that establishment. Got a voicemail, left a message and haven't heard back. Best I can tell from researching is they had a shop 2008-2009 and since have fallen off the grid.
