This is a EFI Live V2 black box scanner/tune tool with 1 ECM vin license left and 2 TCM transmission licenses left. This V2 is in good condition and includes everything it did when bought including all paperwork, V2 itself, and all 3 cords. Asking $650 shipped to the lower 48 for everything.
