Hi Everyone,
With our next public software release comes some major changes for us. We are making some significant changes to tune files, their format, and more importantly their size.
This new file format has been tested extensively, and is currently available in the publicly available release candidate software (available for download on our forum). Any of you running 5.9L Transmission Tuning, or 6.7L ECM tuning already be using this new file format.
The new file extension will be .ctz and the largest file at present will be around 3MB (used on the Gasser E39).
While we've been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for these changes, and deliver new features, so has Competition Diesel. Over the Holiday break Tim changed the file upload settings for the tune library to allow .ctz files.
