Elbow out of top turbo

I heard a rumor that they made an elbow that you see come out of a HX35/40/55 etc. that exits as a 3.5" instead of a 3". Does anyone know anything about this?

Sorry I don't have any numbers anymore I know that Cummins has them from 3" upto 4" You would have to get a good part guy that know his s---.alot of parts people if they don't have a no, they can't think.
