The internet, is the real world. You don't see this?

If it wasn't for the internet:

  • I'd not have a job to pay for truck parts
  • You couldn't easily find information on truck parts.
  • You couldn't buy music, while driving and texting on your iPhone.
  • You couldn't look at LOLCats (this r serious!)
  • You couldn't pay your taxes, with out sending a huge envelope with out apply 30 stamps to it.
  • Many companies wouldn't exist, less jobs.
  • You'd not have a place to *****.
  • The real world wouldn't know of real world events immediately.
  • You'd have to wait for the mail to come to understand if something stole your identity!
  • I could go on and on and on, how the internal, IS the real world.


Others, please, add to the list.
 
im just playing devils advocate here. If it wasnt for the idiotic ramblings and retarded posts, these forums would get boring...
 
Can the International members still post if we do not use perfect english? :poke:

Trust me buddy, you're doing a lot better than most people! You can also tell when someone is foreign and when someone is just stupid, most of the time.

  • US Postal Mail
  • Telegraph.
  • CB Radio / Radio in general
  • Smoke signals.
  • Sending messages via messenger + horse
  • Sending messages via Carries Pigeons (For those geeks, refer to RFC 1149
  • Books
  • Writing messages on stone tablets
  • Writing messages on the walls of caves.

To name a few.

The way we communicate on the internet, hasn't change how we communicate. just makes it more accessible to everyone.
